Deephaven: 125th Anniversary Party (June 7, 2025)

To celebrate its 125th anniversary, the city of Deephaven is throwing a celebration on Saturday, June 7, 2025!

It will be a humble affair, but the Deephaven event committee clearly put time into organizing this party. They’ve pulled together a nice little festival.

Deephaven 125th Anniversary: Essentials

  • The music headliner plays at 5:00PM(!) and is a secret… (really!)

Where & When

The Deephaven Anniversary Event will be held at Thorpe Park. If you need help finding Thorpe Park, punch this address into your GPS: 3725 Hamilton Ave. Deephaven, MN 55391.

The festivities start at 3:00PM and run until 10:30PM. The Kids Events run from 3:00PM – 5:00PM, and then the rest of the night features Live Music.

Parking

The Deephaven event organizers encourage everyone to park at one of the designated shuttle lots. The free shuttle busses run from 4:00PM – 11:00PM. You can

Food & Drink

The official website confirms that Food Trucks and a Beer Garden will be onsite. However, they give no indication of which food trucks or beverages will be available.

So, the Deephaven food & drinks will be a surprise, just like the music headliner!

Kid’s Events & Live Music

Kids

The Kids Events run from 3:00PM – 5:00PM. Here’s what we know:

• There will be a DJ spinning kids music. This usually involves hula hoops and bubbles.
• At least one face painting station.
• Best of all, a petting zoo.

Live Music

Once 5:00PM rolls around, the Kids Events will pack up and the Live Music begins.

There are 3 musical acts (full schedule below), but the oddest thing is that the headliner is the opener (playing at 5:00PM) and that the Deephaven event committee is contractually-prohibited from telling us who it is… The intrigue!

All we know is that they’ve been described as a “national recording artist” and “legendary band.”
